Complete the Requirements Finish the required training, examination, or renewal requirements based on your certification status. 4. Get Certified Receive your digital credential within 24–48 hours, with an optional printed certificate available by mail.

Complete Your Registration. Complete the registration form carefully and verify that all personal information is accurate. Your application will be reviewed before access to the certification program is granted.

Complete Your Payment. Securely submit your payment through our encrypted payment portal to begin the enrollment process.

Application Review & Course Access. Our team will review your registration information to confirm your eligibility. Once your application has been approved, you'll receive an email containing your secure login link and instructions for accessing your online Phlebotomy Technician certification program. If you don't receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting Customer Support.

Complete Your Online Course. Access your online training materials anytime and study at your own pace. Review all required course content and prepare for the CPT Certification Examination.

Complete the Certification Examination. After completing the course, take the online CPT Certification Examination directly through the NMC platform. The examination consists of multiple-choice questions designed to assess your knowledge and competency as a Phlebotomy Technician. If you're renewing your certification, complete the applicable renewal requirements according to your certification status.

Receive Your Certification. Once all certification requirements have been successfully completed, you'll receive your digital Certificate and Digital Badge within 24–48 hours. If you've selected a printed certificate package, it will be shipped via USPS within 7–10 business days. Please ensure your mailing address is correct during registration.
